Delivery Details

  • The images shown on our website are for reference. The actual decoration may vary slightly in colour, shape or design depending on material availability.
  • Our decorator will arrive at your selected time slot and set up the decoration according to your chosen design.
  • Please ensure the decorator can enter the location on time. A maximum waiting time of 30 minutes is allowed. If entry is delayed due to security checks, your unavailability or venue restrictions, the decorator may leave.
  • Please arrange a stool if needed to reach the ceiling during balloon decoration.
  • Hotel room decoration is available with prior permission from the hotel.
  • If you have any complaints about the decoration, please contact us within 2 hours of the service completion time.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling are not possible once the decoration setup has been attempted.

Care Info

  • Keep balloons away from direct sunlight, hot surfaces and excessive heat, as these can cause them to pop or deflate sooner.
  • For the best results, keep your balloon decoration indoors in a cool, dry place.
  • Avoid contact with sharp objects, rough surfaces and pets to prevent accidental damage.
  • Please supervise young children around balloons, as broken balloon pieces can pose a choking risk.
  • Air-filled latex balloons generally last around 8–12 hours, depending on the room temperature and surrounding conditions. We use air-filled balloons, not helium balloons.
  • Our decorations are attached using paper tape. To help prevent wall marks or damage, remove the tape gently within 24 hours, where possible.
  • Please handle the decoration carefully and avoid pulling, moving or pressing the balloons unnecessarily.
  • Balloons are yours to keep after the event. Items such as stands, tables and neon lights are provided on a rental basis and will be collected the following day.
